Returns

Pieces are made after you order, in the color you chose. I can’t resell a watermelon hook that was printed for you — so I don’t take returns for a change of mind, a different color, or a piece that fits Skadis (they all do) but not the look you pictured.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

That’s on me. Email photos to pencilstash@gmail.com within 14 days and I’ll reprint it or refund you — your call.

If you need to cancel

If I haven’t started printing yet, I can cancel and refund. Once it’s on the printer, the filament’s already yours. Check the order page or email me and I’ll tell you where it is.

Custom requests

Customs are quoted before I print. After you approve the quote, the same idea applies: I can cancel before it hits the printer, not after.
