Everything is printed to order in Chicago after you buy it — not pulled from a warehouse. That’s why the color you pick is the color you get.

Lead time

Most orders leave the studio in 2–6 days. Custom requests can take a little longer; I’ll say so when I write you back.

How it ships

Right now I ship inside the United States only.

Standard is 5–8 business days in transit, $5.40 — free on orders over $35. Priority is 2–4 business days, $9.99. You’ll pick one at checkout.

When it leaves, I’ll add a tracking number to your order. Find it anytime with your order number and email.

If something’s late

Once it’s with the carrier, transit times can wiggle. If tracking stalls or a box never shows, email me and I’ll help from there.
